Our Semillon is from the Rosehill vineyard in Dixons Creek. The altitude and exposure allow the grape to ripen gently and keep their natural freshness.
The grapes have been harvested by hand by Bruce and pressed slowly to release its nectar directly into barrels for fermentation. Full malo-lactic fermentation in barrels and ageing on lees.
Low sulphur addition prior to bottling. No filtration.
Total production: 500 bottles
Variety: 100% Semillon
Alcohol: 13.0%
